Quilted Sonnett's

Linda Sonnett is the "Mastermind" behind Quilted Sonnett's, a home based hobby/business specializing in patchwork quilts and quilted home decor. Whether a bed quilt, throw quilt, lap quilt, wall quilt, sofa quilt, or baby quilt; each hand made creation is individually designed and sewn so no two are alike. Unless otherwise noted only 100% cotton fabrics and batting are used in each quilted product. Polyester pillow inserts are used in the decorator pillows.

This quilt does not show very well in pictures. In person, it is bright with a cute country charm. It is stippled with red, white, and blue varigated thread and has a hanging sleeve on the back.

It is simple, but one of my favorites.

Linda Sonnett: Spokane, Washington, United States; Born in Seattle Washington I developed a passion for sewing at an early age. I started sewing on a Treadle made by the White Sewing machine Co. then advanced to a 1957 Singer. My mother however gave that machine to her grand-daughter (my daughter) who has moved out and taken it with her leaving me no recourse but to buy a new machine. Being a third generation fabric addict, Quilting seemed to be a reasonable solution to my problem. Inspired by two of my Aunts I started quilting at age 13. For the record, my husband knew of my insanity and married me anyway! My joy would be a noisy, busy, Quilting shop, full of fabric and creative people, including children, bouncing ideas off each other and creating beautiful usefull works of art.
